Thank you for shopping with Unfiltered Wisdom. We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Order Processing
Many Unfiltered Wisdom products are made to order through a third-party fulfillment partner. Production begins after an order is placed.
Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, product availability, and other fulfillment conditions.
Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates or shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Unfiltered Wisdom.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before an order is completed.
Shipping costs may vary based on the products ordered, quantity, destination, fulfillment location, and available shipping method.
United States Shipping Only
At this time, Unfiltered Wisdom ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@unfilteredwisdom.org.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, reshipping, or replacement costs.
Boutique Gift Items
Some gift items are shipped directly from our partner boutiques and may ship separately from Unfiltered Wisdom™ apparel. Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the item and supplier. If your order includes both apparel and boutique gift items, you may receive separate packages and separate tracking information.
Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated and your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at info@unfilteredwisdom.org.
Include your order number and any available tracking information.
Lost-package claims are reviewed with our fulfillment and shipping partners. Claims should generally be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the carrier or fulfillment provider confirms that the package was lost in transit and the claim qualifies, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund.
Approval of any claim is subject to verification.
Packages Marked “Delivered”
If tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first:
- Check all areas around the delivery location
- Check with household members, neighbors, a front desk, mailroom, or building manager when applicable
- Verify the shipping address listed on your order
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at info@unfilteredwisdom.org and we will assist you with reviewing the available information.
However, a replacement or refund is not guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms that a package was delivered.
If tracking confirms successful delivery, any replacement may require the customer to pay applicable replacement and shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@unfilteredwisdom.org.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the affected item
- Photographs of the packaging or packing slip when applicable
Additional photographs or information may be requested to verify the claim.
Eligible and verified manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment errors may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many Unfiltered Wisdom products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us immediately at info@unfilteredwisdom.org.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
Orders may be returned to the fulfillment facility because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim a package, delivery refusal, or other delivery issues.
If a package is returned because of information supplied by the customer or because the package was not claimed, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Returned products may only be held for a limited period. If a returned order is not claimed within the timeframe allowed by our fulfillment partner, the product may no longer be available for reshipment or replacement.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, certain delivery circumstances are outside the direct control of Unfiltered Wisdom.
Unfiltered Wisdom is not responsible for delays caused solely by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
